NI Cylinder Engine Block

The ‘Team NI’ knife block features 5 stainless steel cylinders made from the finest 18/10 material. The set includes a GN-002 Chef’s knife, GN-004 Bread knife, GNM-01 Vegetable knife, GNFS-02 Utility knife and GNFS-01 Paring knife.

The first piece in this set is the Global Ni GN-002 Oriental Cook’s knife 20cm which has a fluted blade. The Cook’s knife is for all the major jobs in the kitchen and with the flutes, this becomes an even more efficient blade when it comes to chopping meat and vegetables as the flutes reduce the food from sticking to the blade which makes repetitive chopping easy and saves the chef a lot of effort. The second is the Global NI GN-004 Bread knife 22cm Scalloped blade. The large size bread knife and has a saw-like blade for sawing through the crustiest loaves of bread. The Global Ni GNM-01 Vegetable knife 14cm fluted is next. The shape and flutes again allow for heavy use and repetitive chopping and utilise minimum energy from the user as it has the flutes and the shape and size allow for maximum utility within the kitchen. The GNFS-01 11cm Utility & GNFS-01 8.5cm Paring knives make up the block set. The GNFS is a collection of smaller knives with solid handles, the range has improved blade thickness, longer handles and a rounded spine for extra control and comfort. The knives can be used for any small but stubborn kitchen tasks and the paring is for all the tough intricate/delicate kitchen tasks.
