The 3 Piece Masahiro Knife set includes a Masahiro MH-901 which is the smallest knife in the Masahiro series and performs all the roles of a basic paring knife. Use it for cutting up small pieces of fruit, peeling potatoes or other intricate work. It is designed to be an all-purpose knife. You also get the Masahiro MH-981 Flutted Santoku Knife in an 18cm size which is a brilliant mid sized knives for multi purpose work and a the  The most popular knife would of course be the MH-993 21cm chef’s knife which is great for any task in the kitchen.

 The Santoku and Chef’s Knife are both flutted which is great for cutting vegetables as it stops them from sticking to the blades 

These knives are simply stunning; perfectly weighted handles and blades and razor sharp edges. These knives have Japanese quality blades but with their POM riveted handles have a European look to them.
