Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving the order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original, unused, and pristine condition.
- Repackaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging, including all protective materials, boxes, and documentation.
- Not sharpened, altered, or used in any way.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to their specific nature and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and performance, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Ceramic Water Sharpeners (Used sharpening systems cannot be resold)
- Diamond Sharpening Steels
- Knife Bags (Due to their personal and protective nature)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your parcel. Please do not send any items back without an RA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the parcel until it reaches us.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.
Refund Timelines and Methods
After we receive and approve your return:
- Timeline: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Delivery Charge: The original standard shipping fee (£12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free EMS shipping, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to be fully reflected on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or variant, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the requested replacement product to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
